After dedicating two decades to serving students and families as a school social worker, Kendra transitioned into full-time private practice and founded 1Jurnee Coaching & Consulting, LLC.
Kendra provides trauma-informed care for adults, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, emotional wellness, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress management. She also specializes in athlete wellness and supporting the mental and emotional well-being of athletes, coaches, teams, and athletic organizations.
Known for her warm, authentic, and engaging approach, Kendra creates safe spaces for meaningful conversations around mental health, emotional resilience, self-awareness, performance pressure, burnout, self-care, and healing.
